Day 11 – No Excuses!

Training:

2x Warm Up Cable Lat Pulldown

3x 15 Cable Lat Pulldown

3x 15 Cable Row

 

Today I was stuck in traffic for over 2 hours and got home late from work. I could’ve easily skipped out on my workout but I was able to get mine in even though I’m also under the weather as well. Don’t make excuses as to why you can’t work out either because of time or budget. Either wake up earlier and get a little less sleep or stay up longer and sleep later.
