Day 12 – Changing It Up!

Training:

3x 10 BW Lunges

3x 15 DB Stiff Legged Deadlift

3x 20 Standing BW Calf Raise

3x 15-20 DB Goblet Squats

 

Today’s workout utilized mainly bodyweight movements and dumbbells. I have a few light dumbbells my brother purchased before he moved out of our home and left them behind. I only used 25 lb dumbbells for the dumbbell exercises. I am still under the weather but slowly am getting better but I make sure I still get my workout in. Try it out!
