Day 21 – Almost Forgot..

Training:

1 set Push Ups

1 set Squats

1 Set Pull Ups

 

I almost forgot today’s workout! I didn’t do much today because tomorrow I will be training shoulders again and I didn’t want soreness to creep in so that it would effect my workout tomorrow. I will be incorporating a few things like crossfit style workouts here and there to change it up.
